After spent 2 hours to review all and booked our hotel from Chicago, we were glad we found the best hotel in wine country.
Hotel's design is very interesting, two king beds has Japanese tatami with two baths tub.The room has Mic/Regf..the price no way to beat.

Staff was very sweet, upon check in , my wife complaints her hands so drys, the front desk lady who offering lotion ( 3 OZ) , i do appropriated that i do not spent much time on the mall seeking lotion instead to the wine county enjoy my vacation.

Hotel location exit little bit confused, but we love this hotel, clean, comfortable, we will be back again..

Room Tip: Booked this hotel, save money to the wines purchased. Family stayed 4 people has a loft, up stair ha...

Hotel Front Desk is very kind and gave husband a list of winery and free map- my husband buying a few package wines and hotel employees help us to the mailing pacage.

“Unexpectedly wonderful......”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 December 2011

The wife and I stayed here while visiting the napa wine valley, I must say I recieved more than i though I would seeing as to how I booked the room for a lilttle over 50 bucks figured we have a thrid class room with third class service but boy was I wrong the front desk staff was fantastic my checkin was fast and courteous and even offered us brochures to help us find our way to different wineries around the area. The rooms were quite couzy we reserved a queen bed which was very comfortable and asking for extra pillows and towels weren't a problem (thumbs up). The area was noise free I'd stay here again and would recommend if your looking for a nice hotel at a steal of a price.

Room Tip: If your looking for a great room at a great price I'd choose this travelodge if your looking for...

“First time shame on them...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 August 2011

My family and I chose to stay here while we visited Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. We needed something inexpensive so that we would have more funds for other things like food, and souvenirs.

I made my reservations online, and so was not assigned a room number. I specifically chose the 2 queen with loft room, but when I checked us in, as an afterthought I verified that that room was indeed the one i was being placed in. He said it was not, but changed it according to my wishes.

I was immediately taken by the charm of the place, it was adorable! Very small, but cute. Our girls stayed in the loft which was about 10-15 degrees hotter than down stairs, as no one had the forethought to turn the a/c on before guest arrival. We decided that the next day we would leave the air conditioner on all day so that it wouldn't be so hot when we got back from the park. The beds were comfortable enough - bouncy with big fluffy pillows (too big for my comfort, but everyone is different).

The bathroom was very clean and I was happy to see that as an almost 6ft tall woman, I wouldn't have to crouch to take a shower! Water was nice and hot, but the water pressure left a little to be desired.

The following morning, we turned the a/c on high, and went in to the continental breakfast, if you could call it that... (They had cereal and some packaged breakfast rolls. Whoopideedoo. It's a good thing I wasn't depending on that food for my day, I wouldn't have lasted two hours!) We spoke with the young lady behind the desk and told her of our predicament regarding the heat in our room. I told her we'd turned on the a/c and intended on leaving it on all day, and I wanted to make sure the housekeepers wouldn't turn it off. She said it shouldn't be a problem. When we returned that night, the housekeepers had indeed turned off the a/c and it was ridiculously hot and stuffy in the room. We were pissed to say the least.

I told the night clerk what happened, and he said he'd get the message to the manager. I told the morning clerk what happened, he didn't seem to care all that much. Somehow I don't believe my message will ever get to the manager.

I will give them another chance, but if my next experience is like this one - shame on me, and I'll never stay there again.
