My wife and I stayed for three nights at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites in December. We had a one-bedroom suite, which was very spacious and well appointed, consisting of a very large bathroom, a reasonably sized kitchenette (including a refrigerator and small stove), and a small living room. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The staff were extremely pleasant.

The hot buffet breakfast was a nice touch. The internet worked well throughout the building.

Only two things need to be upgraded. First, the carpet could use a good steam cleaning, as it was well worn. Second, the televisions in the suite could be upgraded, but we didn't spend much time in our room.

Overall, we had a great stay and would return again.

We stayed 4 nights in December, 2011. Best" free" breakfast I've had and the location is convenient to SF and East Bay spots. Loved being near the shopping, movies, cafes and convenient eateries. Having a King Suite makes travel with the teenager easy for everyone.

Nice and clean place to stay when we come to San Francisco and Oakland. Always request a quiet room on the side away from the train. 3rd time staying here and never disapointed. Traders Joes is close by too.

This hotel has suites with a bedroom, a living room with a fold out sleeper sofa, and a complete kitchen area including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave. The room is excellent, the bathroom is roomy, and the rooms are kept clean. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The included hot breakfast is one of the best I have experienced at a hotel. The location is an easy walk to the Bay Street shopping area, restaurants and theatres. There is good access to the freeway and the Amtrack station. With free parking, you avoid the typical $40+ charge for parking if you stayed at a San Francisco hotel. All things considered, it's a terrific deal.
