I stayed at this property for about 5 days in December 2011. Most airport hotels at LAX are accessed by the hotel shuttle buses, taxis or in my case by rental car which was more convenient. The one bedroom apartment was typical Residence Inn style and comfortable. However the free breakfast did not have a lot of variety and got exhausted ever so often with guests like me requesting for replenishments. The free internet was fast and the pool area was quiet because the weather was getting chilly even for LA. All in all good value for money.

Which we had. Close to the airport, but no noise; great breakfast, free parking, appetizers on weeknights, big rooms, just like your own apartment/flat. Stayed here for 2 nights and used it as a base for the beaches (Redondo/Santa Monica) and then Hollywood etc (which is a bit of a trek). Just south of Redondo Beach there is a nice drive up around the cliff tops. Santa Monica has something for everyone. Room was comfortable, spacious, and the staff were friendly. Nothing of note immediately in the vicinity; that's why you really need a car, but plenty within 15/20 minutes. Recommend.

A large clean room with a kitchenette with microwave, electric hob and toaster. The hotel provides a breakfast included in the price or you can buy your own food at the nearby Ralphs supermarket if you prefer.

There are barbeques outside for guest use but the weather didn't encourage their use in December.

My room was clean but my single reservation is that the fridge was very noisy and did occasionally interrupt my night's sleep.

That said a good choice for the loner stay.

Stayed for one nite after getting in on a late flight. The shuttle was not available so the hotel
told me to take a taxi and they would reimburse me which they did including the tip I paid which was a pleasant surprise! Room was clean and comfortable, lobby had a nice breakfast
area with a fireplace will definitely stay again.
