When we arrived 10:00pm we expected a nice room with a pool or garden view which we paid an extra amount for. In-fact what we received was on the contrary a room with the freeway behind and a wall out the front. I went back to the front desk and kindly asked for a better room.
The Manger Summer, was very rude and unprofessional she continued to argue with me and made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable. She then started speaking a different language with her co worker ( MAYUR) who was also very rude and confrontational (indian / Pakistan?) They explained that they were in charge and I can either leave or take what they give me! I asked to speak to the owner ( SHEETAL PATEL) and Summer explained that he is also from India and what ever I tell him will not make a difference. Summer tried to avoid connecting us but after repeated request she finally gave me a voice mail which I feel was deleted after I left. It wasn't about race but the speaking of different language made us feel really uncomfortable and it seemed they were discussing, or making fun of us... it was more in line with who is in charge and since I booked it through AA they would not help me to the point of completely ignoring me. VERY EMBARRASSING AND DISGUSTING way of doing business. We actually stayed that night then stayed with a friend the next. At this point this ruined our weekend and I still have not received a call from the owner ( SHEETAL PATEL). They clearly do not care of there customers. I took photo's of the room which clearly show my valid point. We will only except a full refund and if AA would not recommend this hotel would be in AA best interest. If there are any fees do to AA we will gladly help pay for those fees as far as the hotel.
We will not pay for any of it.
