I thought this hotel was an excellent value. It was clean and nicely decorated. The food was very good. Our meeting went beautifully, the staff did a good job.

I picked the Holiday Inn in Diamond Bar because my first choice Ayers Inn was not available and also because the Holiday Inn had free internet. My main compliant is when I booked the room through Holiday Inn's website, the advertisement read "relax on the Balcony and surf the free high speed internet access".. well if you want me to relax on a balcony, provide some chairs... seriously!

Second complaint the noise from the freeway, serioulsy management get some double pane windows to block out some of the noise

Third complaint, I had to get my room key each time I exit the room. The keys would work once and then it wouldn't again. Front desk kept saying, don't put it next to cell phone or credit cards, which we didn't but yet the key gets deactivated as soon as it unlocks the door once.

The room was nice, but crowded, I wouldn't call this a "luxury suite". I would suggest management to remove the sleigh bed the room would seem larger and if you are going to put a sleigh bed in a room so small make sure to get a mattress that fits the frame, the amount of times I knocked my shins on the bed frame.

Overall, the free breakfast buffett is nothing to write home about. It was okay for a two night stay where we really only used the room to sleep. I wouldn't stay here because of the noise from the freeway.

Anyone who whines about this place was probably a grape in their past life.
For $99 we got a 6th floor room, 6 floors max, and a nice room with 2 beds, big screen lcd tv, free wireless, tv. The bar is affordable, the restaurant is good,although we had the $5 buffet breakfast.
Excellent service, staff friendly.
Lots of restaurants nearby including Chilis, fast food, and other asian places.
About 25 minutes from Ontario Airport, near 60/57 interchange.

The rooms were nothing special. The location is more of a business area. Not much within walking distance, just a target & 1 restaurant. The service could have definitely been better. It was horrible, but I just didn't find the customer service very friendly. Nothing was offered, nothing was asked. You didn't ask, you didn't get. It would have been nice to had friendly smiles at the front desk.

It would also be nice to have a trash can in near the toilet because the sink is separate from the toilet & shower.
