What a nightmare! We stayed there a year ago, then out of the blue get a charge on our bank card for someone else's stay because their credit card machine is "scrambling" people's bills with all the credit cards in their record. They keep putting the money back then taking it back out again like 4 or 5 times! Meanwhile we are getting our own bills sent back returned because retarded Sanctuary is wrongfully charging us for other people's stays and tying up our bank account funds!! They will not even comp us a whole night, even upon our request. They shouldn't even be in business due to their poor practices. So basically don't give them your bank card unless you want them to drain your account paying for other people's stays!!!

We stayed for 3 nights without ever getting room cleaning service. I kind of suspected it and deliberately told the receptionist after our 2nd night to please have our room cleaned. Sure enough, we got home in the evening and found the room exactly how we left it in the morning.
We stayed during a busy weekend - Presidents Day and Valentine's. The hotel was pretty full. Still, for a 3 day stay, I do expect room cleaning service.

Avoid this dive if at all possible. We had no: maid service, drinking water glasses, amenities of any kind (shampoo, conditioner, etc), extra pillows or blankets, water pressue in the shower, or coffee maker. The slider to the balcony wouldn't latch. We dared not go out there anyway because the railing was so loose we risked a plunge to the pavement. The back stairs defies description - at least 5 safety codes are violated there. We were advised to "park in front where we could see our car", suggesing that the back parking area was dangerous. It is dangerous. Without warning, an exit through the back door was to step out into space - there's no landing (except the one you make after falling down the stairs). Stay away from this place - sleep in your car and get a better night's sleep.

We were surprised on how dumpy this place really is! We feel bad for whoever works here! I waited in the car while my friend checked in & there was this old lady lurking Around the parking lot. Her boobs were at her knees. We get to our room and find a dead lizard that must have been there a while because the spine and skull with one eye was still in tact. Do not order pizza from Rockies pizza!! We couldn't pick it up to eat it cuz it was so soggy! We ended up not eating the pizza due to a food poisoning scare and just ordered dominos! We we wanted our continental breakfast but due to the "remodeling" the kitchens closed! We wanted to use the wifi but nobody seems to know the password. The "mineral" pool looks like someone went doodie in it! They should call it doodiecuzzi! We still went in it tho cuz we were really drunk and high. And we thought the minerals here must just be a different color. Boy were we wrong! If it were not for the booze and medication we are on, this could've sucked!
