Sure glad they have Cassandra at the bar/restaurant area, besides the great food they have, Cassy delivers it hot and fresh. I've tried many items on the menu and have been completely satisfied. The restaurant has all home-made sauces and my favorite is the honey-mustard. The Cobb Salad has sprouts, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, olives, fresh turkey and the best blue cheese in the area. Although the "Capri" steak house next door at the Miracle has the best steaks in the entire valley, I prefer the Spa for the view over the pool area thought the large pane windows that remind me of the bridge on a large cruise ship.

I have Breakfast at the Spa Hotel every morning, All of the waitresses are very nice. Martha
is my waitress often and when I take my family in for special occasions, I request her to be
our Server. She is always very professional and friendly. She always greets us with a pleasant
hello. She always makes sure everyone's order is correct. The food is always excelent. Her
personality always makes our visit there a pleasure. I think she is an asset to your Restaurant.

I live at another Spa located in Sky Valley 8 miles away from Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel, but when I go to the town of Desert Hot Springs to shop, I often treat myself to a lunch stop at Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel Cafe. The cafe food is fabulous! You would not expect that when you first enter, as the decor is very 'home spun' and simple. They have employed a valuable chef. I usually sit at the bar which has large viewing windows of the pool(s) and the vast array of sun worshipers. (It's always entertaining). Le Ann has always served me at the bar. She makes the best bloody Mary I have ever had! She is full of sunshine and smiles and seems to know just about everyone who enters the bar.
