The hotel itself is a fine, typical Courtyard. Lobby has been redone and is very nice. Rooms near the highway have a lot of road noise.

The problem I have is with the "High Speed" internet. They have the same infrastructure as when I last stayed here in 1999. You can't get any work/surfing done here. Sometimes takes several attempts and seconds to load google.com. I had to hit refresh 3x just to leave this review. If you require high speed internet, stay elsewhere.

I like this hotel because of the location, the amenities etc.

The only downside is that the bed is too hard. I was not able to get into a comfortable position and did not have a good night's rest. They gave about 6 pillows for each bed but they are in need of replacement. All of them have no support. The minute your head hits the pillow, it goes straight down the to mattress, all of them.

Seriously, Marriott needs to invest in some beddings like Hilton and others famous for the comfortable mattresses. What good is a hotel if you can't sleep comfortably?

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard for two nights. The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and modern. The carpeting, bedding and furniture were all new. The front desk staff was courteous and very friendly. They were very helpful with directions and suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. We did not have breakfast included with our rate as we were with a wedding party, however it was available with the regular rate. The hotel was in a nice area.

Nice location, very convenient for business in the southern bay area. The staff is suprisingly friendly and the style of the lobby is very nice.
