This is obviously a business hotel and not much fun for a partner/spouse. I was at a conference and my husband came with. There is nothing within walking distance nearby and no food (other than a cold sandwich in a fridge) from 11 to 5pm. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant but most definitely no frills.

I checked in this hotel for the first time as I was not able to book the Hilton Garden Inn nearby. This hotel is quiet as not many people stays there. However some downside points:
- there is no stationary for business travelers
- no sewing pack and not event cotton bars
- the power adaptor is US type only and not fit for international travelers. You have to purchase one from the mini counter in the lobby as they do not provide the rental one
- the wired internet connection sucks, wireless connection is also very slow.

Good things:
- a self laundry is much better than Hilton Garden Inn in the next door. They provide soap for free
- larger swimming pool than Hilton garden Inn
- the open office and computer desk provides more comfortable for business travelers to sit and chat

Overall this is for business travelers if they could add more necessary amenities there.

Stayed there for 4 nights, changed the room after a night since my first room was located near highway and it was really loud. After changing the room everything was fine.

Very good lobby with a cafe, some relaxing areas, very friendly staff, good HD TV, very clean rooms, good weekend rates for the region, near Japanese mall.

Will stay again and can recommend

This CY was built in 1988, in very good shape and sports the newer bistro concept in the lobby. It’s 3-5 minutes off 280 and located in a small business enclave and directly next door to a Hilton Garden Inn. This property appears to cater primarily to the business traveler being in the heart of Silicon Valley. Rooms are clean and comfortable, standard CY sized with flat screen TV and work area. Wireless internet speed was very good. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance a a plethora within 15 minutes. SJO airport is about 20-25 minutes, SFO airport is about 45 minutes and a $90 cab ride.
