I stayed at this hotel because it was close to LAX so that I could catch a flight early the next morning. To my surprise, the hotel is really not all that close, perhaps a 5 mile drive away. My room was small with two double beds and the bathroom was very small. The dinner at the hotel restaurant, called Share, was just okay.

So, would I stay here again? Yes, because the wait staff, shuttle bus driver, and everyone else i encountered at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient for a 2 day work trip in LA. Room clean. Bed comfy. The breakfast was really good, room service not so good. Staff was super.

I'd stay again.

I travel from LAX quite often and stay at this property fairly regularly now that it is in the Hilton family. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the rooms. As a Diamond member, I am afforded what I consider the proper consideration regarding room upgrades, location and personal attention. Sergio, the reservations manager, has been especially helpful over the course of my stays and he and his staff have earned my business for the forseeable future. The parking is plentiful and easy access to the 405 freeway as well as several eateries is a plus as well. If possible, try to stay away from the 405 freeway side as a light sleeper could experience some disturbance (but the hotel does proactively provide good ear plugs realizing this potential). The Sleepnumber bed is also a nice extra. Hotel shuttle only runs on the hour as it is a little further from the airport than a couple other Hiltons, but if you can work around that issue, this property is the best value overall in my experience.

Check-in was easy and pleasant. Front desk explained parking, breakfast and asked if I need assistance with anything in the area. Room was spacious. Hair dryer in bathroom was awful...had to hold the button down the entire time to blow hot air. Some complaine of highway noise...didn't bother me. Only real negative was the parking lot. After dark it didn't feel totally safe and had to park far from the hotel entrance with no valet option.
