They have a new policy in place that is nothing less than disgusting - yhe beds now have a sheet of plastic over the mattress and a sheet directly on top of that. When you lay on the bed or so much as move a muscle the plastic crackles like an old garbage bag, only loud to the point of keeping you awake. It also causes an uncomfortable static charge on the skin, making the hair stand up and causing one to sweat uncomfortably. The moment I saw what they'd done I called downstairs and was told it was to prevent liquids getting on their mattresses. I told the woman it was something you'd expect to see in either a homeless shelter or a super cheap hospice and as they wouldn't refund my money I demanded extra blankets to put beneath me so I could at least get a little sleep. All in all, this place is a toilet.
