“Close to EVERYTHING, CLEAN, VERY friendly staff!!!”

I recently stayed at this property...LOVED my room, LOVED the breakfast, and LOVED the staff! They were soooo friendly, not just the front desk but the bar tender "Richard"..he was the only one there, working many days in a row, but he didn't complain, he just served us with a smile as did EVERYONE on the property!
The GM Spencer is THE BEST! He knew that I like to be on the top floor, as I hate hearing people walk above me and I requested the end, but he also was SUPER busy, and to my surprise, I couldn't even hear the room next to me or the street below us.
The property is in walking distance to EVERYTHING, food, shopping, bars and even the beach if you don't mind a lil' hill. The location is great..everything about the property is GREAT...even the FREE PARKING!

“Great stay”

Room was as requested by phone after making reservation through Priceline. After one day with noisy adjacent room, manager moved us without further question. Every thing was there including an excellent restaurant and staff so we did not have to leave the motel after a long day.

Room Tip: Request upper floor for further safety rather than ground floor.

“Nice Stay”

We stayed here one night when visited Newport Beach. Very clean, bright, comfortable outside and inside. Parking lot has palm tree, very cheerful! Front desk is very friendly. Check out is quick. Nice stay!

We stayed here overnight and left here the next morning to go to Catalina Island. The Newport Beach ferry is only 15 mins away. An unexpected bonus...a crossfit gym is right across the street!
