This is very nice, average motel, near Newport Beach, and Disneyland. The rooms were clean, and each had a fridge and a microwave. The a/c unit has a "fan only" option, so we turned that on at night, for white noise, and we didn't hear a single thing from outside or the rooms around us. The breakfast was free, standard fare: cold cereal, bagels, fruit.
The front desk staff was very friendly; we had to change our reservation dates at the last minute, and they were very accomadating.
We never used the pool, but we went by it, and it was large, appeared very clean and private.
Overall, for the price, it's a great deal. It's not fancy, but it's kept up, good location, and a perfect "home base" if you are planning to do a lot of site seeing, and need a place to come rest and regroup. I will absolutely be staying again next summer.
The ONE thing I would caution: make sure to use mapquest., as the maps make it look like it is right off the freeway, but it is actually kind of tricky to get to, if you don't know your way around the town, which we didn't.
