Stayed here on New Year's Eve in a room with two double beds. It was much larger than expected! There was an area for a desk and a large closet that was separate from the beds. Everything was very clean. Had to ask the front desk for an ironing board and iron as it did not come with the room. One complaint is that the walls were rather thin and I could hear children talking in my neighbors' room. Anyway, I would recommend to others.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Its close to shopping, the beach, and the del.

We booked this hotel for two night stay on Coronado Island. It wasn't cheap but then none of the hotels on this little island are. The room was tiny and needed some updating. Clean but after a few minutes realized that the walls were paper thin. The woman next door was yelling at one of her kids and it was like we were in the same room with them.

We were able to move to another room but to no avail. We checked out the next morning and moved to a property in downtown San Diego. Same price much nicer. Just a quick drive and we were back on the island so I would recommend doing that instead, unless you have the bank for the Hotel Del Coronado.

Make no mistake - this is an older motor motel. But for all that is wearing out, cleanliness makes it quaint. And while the parking lot is right outside your door, the beautiful landscaping is what you see/experience first. Across the street from the famous Hotel Del, and on the same side as great restaurants and shops, it is an island resort vacation. The icing on the cake are the conveniences - outlets, jacks, mirrors, extra bedding and no unwashed bedspread to stuff in the corner. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had decent pressure, the air system was simple and accessible and everyone at the front desk were both efficient and genial. Although it seems easy, it was a surprise to note all the ways the Inn recognized what a guest needs.
