Great Staff and Rooms. This has been the 4th stay at this Ayres

Small hotel that is clean & nicely appointed, somewhat similar to a small Hilton so it is a great value. They have a nice hot breakfast that is free. They have a Happy Hour Mon - Thur 5-7 with snacks, wine, beer and sodas that is also pretty neat. A firepplace in the lobby makes it very cozy at night and on rainy days. No restaurant or bar on site and thus no room service so that is a little bit of a downside but quite a variety of restaurants you can walk to and a lot more within a two minute car ride.

While having our house fumegated, we needed a local hotel. After lots of research we chose this one. I cant say enough about how nice the staff was! They greeted you with a hello and a smile. The Hotel decor is victorian and warm. The room was large,beautifly furnished, clean,flat screen tv,free wifi,refrigerater,iron,desk,eating area,coffee and you can actually OPEN your windows all the way!! I loved that! We stayed on the north end, it was quiet. Awesome breakfast with Margarita the cook. Full buffet and dining area with a tv playing the news. You can use the microwave in the kitchen any hour of the day. You honestly feel like you're at home. The work out area has brand new machines. Bike, eliptical and treadmil. Tv, towels and free water!! In the evening they offer free cookies, crackers,cheese,etc, beverages,beer and wine. Litterly, if you were broke, you wouldnt go hungry! They're just very giving, and with a smile! You see crew working on the landscaping, handymen tending to rooms...they take care of their hotel. I joined they're rewards program because I dont want to use anyother hotel. and the RATES.........are CHEAP! for all you get. Even though I was a mile from home, it felt like a mini vacation. :)

The location was great. My mom states there while we watched wrestling. She walked to Walmart and ate at Red Robin. It's all in the same area. The BIG problem was the cockroaches found in the room!!! Really? I secretly was glad that I stayed at the Ayers in Ontario which exceeded my expectations.
