Stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Arrived late on Thurs.evening and was very tired from a long drive; did not get a warm welcome from the front desk associate, not even a smile. Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there, even tho we asked the housekeeper to get it cleaned. Breakfast was okay; the refills were not done in a timely manner. A service guy came out of the guest elevator; he was pushing a bin that emitted a very strong smell of chlorine. A lady guest we talked to in the same elevator said she was disgusted to find the sofa bed in their room wet (like urine)! She was disappointed with the place as well. Overall, the place is ok, but customer service needs improvement

Nice hotel. The room needed maintenance immediately when I first stepped into the room, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The couch isn't really too comfortable, but its convenient having a full kitchen.

We were shut out of our home for 4 days due to plumbing issues. We were put up at this hotel and the stay was just wonderful. Everything that you need is right there. They have a little market on-site; they feed you continental breakfasts (my compliments to the chef); they have a social hour with food at night........what more could you ask for? They also provide you with a kitchen, silver, dinnerware, glasses, dishwashing powder - virtually everything. It is so convenient to stay here. It's quiet. The Residence Inn staff is GREAT! I met the manager in the morning upon checkout and he wanted to know how everything was. One of his staff, Sam, a very nice young lady helped me with checkin as the insurance people were supposed to get me 2 rooms for 2 nights initially and I only had 1 room for 1 night. After being up since 4 AM Sat morning dealing with the house, by the time I got to hotel, I was exhausted - then found out the ins co had goofed up the reservations - I was just devastated. I explained to Sam what happened and she said she'd handle it and handle it she did - it took her only about 5 minutes and she told me you are confirmed for another room for 2 nights - there are no problems. Go upstairs and get comfortable........Checkin was a breeze - checkout even breezier! (ha ha). THIS IS A GREAT PLACE - 5 STAR HOTEL - WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY. ALL HOTELS SHOULD BE THIS GREAT.

We stayed one night while visiting friends in Corona. This is a newer hotel. The room was quite large with a full kitchen. Also had a work area and couch and coffee table. Very clean. The complimentary continental breakfast included waffles, cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, juices, etc. There are 3 or 4 fairly new restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again if needed.
