I was very pleased with my stay. The lady (Monica)at the front desk was very friendly. We had a room with 2Queen bed and the room was really nice. The carpet was clean w/ no stains. Comforters are nice and in excellent condition didn't look old. Nice big bathroom bright & clean. The room definitly exceeded my expectations. The outdoor pool was too cold to use but we did use the hot tub which was perfect temp. although the jets are weak.

Stayed one night at this hotel while visiting family in Clovis Ca.
At first glance this Hotel looks very nice from the outside, very well maintained grounds (I was expecting the same of the rooms). The rooms are a decent size and give you everything you would expect from a Best Western. The room I stayed in was clean but the furniture was a little beat up and very used looking. The beds are just ok, nothing great (maybe they should get some new ones). They have a good pool but a hot tube that needs some repairs, the jets don't work when turned on. The plaster/cement is chipping off all over the bottom....
The price for the Hotel is good, overall not bad but I have stayed in better Best Westerns before.

False advertising was----NO RESTAURANT ON SITE, you have to walk down the street. Says that non smoking rooms available, but the entire hotel smells like smoke, because the hotel isn't divided into smoking floors, but instead, it is split vertically in half from smoking & non smoking rooms. High Speed Internet, is not high speed at all times, slow as dial up at times. The staff doesn't really seem to help or care at all. I paid a price of $88 on a tuesday night, not a bad price for the hotel room.(should be called a motel, there isn't really a continental breakfast, its only juice and bread and cereal, fruit if they have it).

I usually stay at the new comfort Suite property up the street, but they were sold out. After noticing the difference between the two hotels, I will definetly pay the extra $20-30 for bigger rooms, better service, fast internet and the hot breakfast with real food.

Everyone very professional and friendly. Very clean and decor up to date in matching fabrics. Very enjoyable stay.
