THis place is disgusting and that bi&$@ at the front desk is impossible to understand. I did not want to touch a thing in this place. I have read the other reviews and what Cheryl has been responding. Please know that this place is not remodeled and is very scary. My husband was sleeping with his taser and pepper spray. We hardly slept because the walls are paper thin and you could hear all of the loud noises people were making. If you do come here make sure you sleep with a gun by your side.

Room Tip: Don't spend anything under $100 in this area.

I apologize for the old smell in your room, we are currently working in renovating our rooms and have them up to par so that we can meet our guests expectations. Additionally we are glad that our friendly staff was able to assist you accordingly in your needs during your stay. We have a new team and we are all trained to assist our guests appropriately. We have security in our facility. Recently we installed surveillance cameras

“TERRIBLE, I didn't want to touch a thing!”

I got this room last minute and I only intended on staying there for a few hours and I'm SO glad that I didn't have to wake up in this dump. I knew this place was disgusting before I got to the room. The rooms reaked of smoke when it clearly said no smoking (my clothes and hair would not release the stench of this place until I washed them), the carpet was filthy and the bedding needed to be thrown away. I was afraid to take my shoes off. DO NOT STAY HERE! Avoid at all costs. This place should be ashamed of charging so much for this shack.

We apologize for any perceived lack of quality or service you may have experienced during your stay. We have recently been purchased by new owners who truly care about the quality and service given to the customer. Unfortuneately, we do not have the specifics of your stay and can not address the issues. We would be interested in corresponding with you directly to determine what we could do to better the stay of our future guests. You can know that all of our rooms are being upgraded as we speak to have new flooring, paint, lighting and plumbing fixtures, as well as furniture. I am not sure when you stayed here but give us a chance to impress you with the changes we have already made and continue to make. WE CARE!
