this was my first time staying at an Extended Stay property.
I was surprised on how big the rooms were and how convinient it is to have a little kitchen area. The price was good, location was right by the freeway so it was a bit loud. I stayed here for a soccer tournament and was located very close to it. The only complain I have is that the beds were very hard. Other than that, if it's just a place to spend the night you need then it's a good place.

“The staff bent over backwards to serve me and make my stay comfortable”

The frony desk staff bent over backwards to serve me well and help me wherever and whenever I needed it. I would definitely stay here again because of the staff, the resouces in the room (i.e. fridge, stove, etc.) and the price. Overall my first experience at this hotel was good.

“Extended StayAmerica Los Angeles-Chino is an excellent value for area”

The staff couldn't do enough for you and was very friendly and helpful. The building was attractive and clean. The room was a great value and was very clean. Everything worked well and you get a small kitchen to cook your meals if your so inclined. I highly reccomend this both family and friends. As a matter of fact, i'm on my way there now to stay a few days.
