I stayed at the Vagabond INN on March 11th. The motel is older and it shows, but my room was clean. The only complaint I have is the clerk Beth, VERY rude and short on checkout. I explained that the room needed more towels for the amount of people in room. She began to argue with me, so i just walked out. The same lady outside with no shoes and a tshirt not very professional if id say so. I will return due to the other staff was very helpful. Ann went out of her way on checkin.

I think our room must have been once an old cupboard!!! What a terrible place to stay.

This is the first time I've reviewed a motel. I am a housekeeper at a hospital so I tend to pay a bit more attention to cleanliness. The first thing I noticed was that there were leafs in the room from where the person swept the floor outside. The roomed smelt musty, the carpet was dirty and the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. I saw hairs on the toilet and when I took a shower the next day, the water took a very long time to drain. The coffee maker didn't work right and to top it off, when I opened the drawer between the beds, I saw a cockroach scatter. To tell you the truth I wasn't too surprised when I got home and checked my bank statement to find that they charged me $50.00. I paid for the room in cash and when I called and asked why I was being charge they said that there was heavy amounts of smoking in the room. I don't smoke. Why would I ask for a non-smoking room if I was going to smoke in it? The manager argued with me for 10 minutes, raising her voice and then finally hanging up on me. They stole $50.00 from me and then lied about it. DO NOT STAY THERE!

dirty rooms blood on the mattress "took pictures to show my boss who paid for this sh** hole" broken toilet, broken tv ,broken dresser ,beer bottle tops and other garbage on the floor from last person in the room before us .
office tried to get us to pay extra 20 dollars for room but i refused so he was nice enough to "comp" us after i was going to leave!
had to listen to a party outside my window all night ,hotel did nothing to stop them, no it wasnt colledge kids but a construction crew.
slept in my clothes on top of blankets because smell mof sheets!
the best part of the stay was leaving,
