Two night stay, got double charged. Did not think it would be this difficult to get the second charge reversed but after a month of multiple phone calls a day (manager Melissa does not return phone calls), speaking with both desk clerks and "managers" AND being assured that situation has been resolved, although credit card statement states differently, have only come to the conclusion that the Vagabond Inn in Chico and those "working" there provide(s) nothing but excuses and half-witted reasons attempting to rationalize there own incompetence. No redeeming points within this experience other than a good location.
