The staff at this hotel were incredibly wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. The staff were lovely, and help make up for the deficits in other areas.

The actual hotel itself was very low budget, although it was clean. There were no outlets in the bathroom, the hot water was only luke warm, the toilet seat was very scratched up, the blankets on the bed weren't very warm. It is definitely a "get what you pay for" hotel, and if you don't want to pay very much money and just want a place to lay your head, this is a good option.

Although the Hotel was in the process of remodeling, the fitness center should not have been used as a storage for construction workers tools and beds from rooms being redone. The breakfast was actually pretty decent with a wide variety of choices. I think since the hotel was in the process of remodeling and there were many inconveniences for the guest, that their prices should have been reduced.

This hotel was nice, my husband and I, stayed there for a week from September 9th 'til 16th. It was just as we saw pictures in internet. The hotel is very well located, you have South Pavillion Mall across the street. It has breakfast, free internet and parking included. Breakfast was good, my husband loved mini muffins. The room was always very clean. The hotel manager, Mr. Faruqui was such a kind person, and the whole personnel too. Our flight arrived early in the morning and the hotel manager let us check in before 3pm. We would absolutely come back to this hotel in our next visit to Carson.

This place was perfectly adequate for a late night arrival into LA and a place to crash. Guy who checked us in (maybe the manager) was very nice, and you can't beat the price. Beds were average in terms of comfort, room had some nice decorating touches, but bathroom-specifically the grout in the shower and the corners near the floor-were kind of gross. Everything else about the room was clean. We stayed in a much more expensive place in Santa Barbara later in the week and my husband, who is quite sensitive about these things, found the bed at this place to be much more comfortable.
