I read the previous reviews and I booked the place based on the reviews. I guess everything changed last week when my family and I stayed there. I booked a room with a full kitchen and paid for the full kitchen. When I got there they told me that I only paid for a kitchenette. They told me they would look into it and I kept waiting and calling them all afternoon. Nobody called me back and i couldn't unpack. Finally three hours later I called them again and they said I would have to wait for management to call me in the evening. Nobody called me back. I called the next day and management said that nobody had told her anything. Then she explained that there was one room available with a full kitchen but only one bed that was located in front of the freeway. She said that they don't make rooms with a double bed with a full kitchen. I told her that I had checked the day before to confirm everything but nobody told me otherwise. The hotel was also very loud and I barely slept one night. The hotel staff was very unreliable and unhelpful. The hotel was run-down and the breakfast was mediocre. No eggs and sausage as was advertise. Very disappointed with the whole place. I asked for part refund since there was no full kitchen and they refused.

Great location, you could just walk over to a very nice public beach. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. We staying in a room with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. It was nice to have a little door at night between us and our son. The little kitchen area was also handy. It was a good price for everything you got. The only negative thing is the area does not offer much for restaurants or shopping.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. About 10min walk to the beach. 10-15min drive to Legoland. There is a stripmall not even a block away with a supermarket and plenty of places to eat. The breakfast was great with make your own waffles, sausage, potatoes, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, etc. It really helps the wallet when feeding a family on vacation! For $95/night on Labor Day weekend, I feel I got an awesome deal!!

Looking at the bed and the way it was made up and the room looked great! Once I was in for the night the smell of the room was awefull and the bed was not comfortable at all. It even make noise when I got up. It was the worst ever, I woke up with back pain ! I cut my stay short and left the next day. Beware old beds that need to be replaced. I asked the manager about the beds and she said some have be replaced . Worst stay ever in a hotel.
