This hotel was amazing the check in was quick and easy, the front desk was attentive and above nice. I cant say enough about the staff I enjoyed talked to everyone at the property they took the to know us and our children. When we left for an outing we were given water bottles and aked it there was anything else that would make our trip special. We had rented a convertible and had a hard time putting down the roof the gentalman helped us and spent time showing us how to do it. The rooms were beautiful and very clean the pool bar had great drinks and food. We enjoyed out time and cant wait to return it feels like we would be visting family! Everyone go, stay and spend time it is wonderful!

What a shame. The Four Seasons Aviara had such wonderful service, Now that this hotel is a Park Hyatt, the physical property remains the same, but the service has declined considerably. The staff is very friendly, but must be asked several times for everything from bringing an extra cot to making up the pull-out sofa to adding Hyatt points to the reservation. They even promised the kids cookies upon arrival that never showed until I mentioned it two days later. There is no service by the pool for food or towels, unless you can manage to find someone. There is no family restaurant for dinner during the week, so families must eat in the bar area, in the dark, huddled around small cocktail tables. We have stayed here before when the hotel was a Four Seasons, and we were very disappointed with the Park Hyatt Aviara.

This hotel has fantanstic staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and well arranged. I stayed in a ground floor room and felt very safe. I don't usually like a ground floor room, with sliding glass doors, but with the layout of the patio and the vegitation, I had no worries. Spa is outstanding. Men's area, gym, and relaxing lounge were top notch. I'd recommend this property to all who'll be in the area. Car valet quick, efficient, and always with a bottle of water.

Just Wow! I heard a lot about this Four Seasons Aviara before I got here and was prepared for a letdown, but it really was what everyone said it would be.

I think what makes this place so special was that everyone seemed so happy to be there--staff and guests. People were friendly, nice, and always greeted you with a smile. Whenever I walked somewhere, a staffperson on a golf cart would roll by and ask if I needed a lift or directions anywhere. They did this without being overbearing. Since I grew up doing things for myself, I'm not always so comfortable with being indulged, and that made for a few awkward moments when I worked for companies that sent us to conferences at expensive hotels, where I had to glare at porters who tried to yank my luggage away. Here, if you want to do it yourself, they smile happily and walk away. When you do need help, they come right away.

The beds are to die for. They were so comfortable. We overlooked the tennis courts and had a view of the mountains. It turned out they had jazz concerts out there and we were able to enjoy the live music with our dinner out on our balcony. The units are well-insulated and I rarely ever heard our nextdoor neighbors although I knew they were a family with teens. There was maid service everyday. It was so wonderful to return to a clean room at the end of the day. Few other timeshare units have this feature. Wifi is very reasonable, as I hate paying for it.

They have a menu of activities each day, beach equipment for outings, directions to almost anywhere, and terrific food everywhere, from casual poolside to expensive Italian and steakhouses. And, again friendly waiters with no attitude. The tranquility pool area at the hotel up the lane was heavenly with a view that was stunning. The workout rooms are well-equipped and the locker rooms immaculate and comfortable. There are verdant hiking and running trails all around the property. Maybe the only drawback here was there was very little culturally diverse entertainment. There were no Chinese language dvds or programming channels.
