We spent two nights here for a girlfriends' getaway and it was perfect. Our upstairs corner room had a fantastic ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, very comfy beds, and crisp white linens. It was sparkling clean and the toiletries smelled like fresh oranges. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the complimentary cookies, and the free continental breakfast included delicious little pastries (be sure to try the cinnamon scones!), fresh fruit, and hard-boiled eggs as well as make-it-yourself waffles and other expected goodies. The hotel is directly across the street from the ocean, and there is a boardwalk all along the beach that offers a perfect place to power-walk or stroll (we were entertained by dolphins and seals as we got our exercise). Although we were there in January, the weather was beautiful. Really, I can't think of any negatives about this place!

We stayed only one night in the junior suite, in January (off season). Although the room wasn't one with a view (they were clear about this in the description ) it was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Service was excellent. Very happy with our stay, and wished we could stay another night.

We arrived at this sweetly charming little place in need of escape from a death in the family, and we got it. Our small room was nicely decorated, with good WiFi, a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave. The gas log was an especially nice touch. The small bay window gave us a peak of the beach, right across the road. The staff was helpful, and the free breakfast was the best we've had anywhere in the 48 states we've visited. At $124, we considered the price to be quite reasonable. The Sea Chest restaurant is 200 feet away.
