We stayed only one night in the junior suite, in January (off season). Although the room wasn't one with a view (they were clear about this in the description ) it was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Service was excellent. Very happy with our stay, and wished we could stay another night.

Very cozy room and comfortable bed. Room has a fireplace and you can hear the waves crashing outside. Breakfast was awesome, deluxe continental but with waffles! Beach is right across the street

We arrived at this sweetly charming little place in need of escape from a death in the family, and we got it. Our small room was nicely decorated, with good WiFi, a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave. The gas log was an especially nice touch. The small bay window gave us a peak of the beach, right across the road. The staff was helpful, and the free breakfast was the best we've had anywhere in the 48 states we've visited. At $124, we considered the price to be quite reasonable. The Sea Chest restaurant is 200 feet away.

We stayed here just one night to see Hearst Castle and got a good deal. When we booked we hadn't realised breakfast was included and had just the best home made waffles ever. They have thought of everything here and our room even had an unexpected glimpse of the sea. The local town is charming and friendly and we wish we'd had more time to explore. Next time we come we'll book a sea view. The sunset was fantastic!
