I experience a difference stay I always stay at the Quality Inn Calexico but this time I try something different because my collesgues where staying at this property HIE but nothing copare to Quality Inn best customer service and better beds wich is really important for me...ok Hotel but not meet my expectations, So I will be back to Quality with my colleagues next time we come to Calexico ca. Better Location and Quiet and friendly staff....etc.......

I'm a frequet visitor of Calexico/Mexicali. I have stayed at other Hotels in the Calexico/El Centro area and nothing compares to HIE. Their staff is the BEST!. Ana and Carlos are the Best! The fact that they know me by name, makes me feel right at home.

I travel every week and when I come to Calexico, I always stay at this hotel. No matter when I check in, the staff is friendly and professional. I don't feel like a number being shuffled to a room. The hotel is fairly new, or at least it's been there only a few years. It has been maintained well. If I encounter any problem, the staff responds immediately to resolve the problem. There is an Applebee's restaurant next door, so getting a quick bite to eat is convenient. The hotel also has quick access to Mexico (Mexicali), being only a couple of miles away.

I stay at this hotel frequently, so I believe that my perception is accurate when I say this is a very safe, clean, and comfortable environment, The staff is very friendly and attentive.
