We had great expectations of this place, but unfortunately the place is very deceptive. The owner does not tell you about additional costs and debits that they will put on your bill. Several "fine" prints not mentioned. Stay away from this mess.

Exactly what we were looking for in a small town. Very reasonable even over the holiday weekend. Front staff great. Menu's for the town's restraunts provided so you can see what you are in for before you get there. Stayed in room 5 which had a small extra room with two twin beds for the kids. Room was overall still small but we were only there to sleep. Liked the outside area where there was tables set up on the grass to eat our breakfast or lunch. Also large open space to throw frisbees or footballs. Very clean and plenty comfortable.

the desk person was friendly and went out of her way to make me comfortable, i was given road conditions and info on nearby attractions, she accompanied me to my room to assure me that all was well and oriented me to one quirky lightswitch, i had room 8, a combo of two rooms for myself and 2 kids, the separate twinbed room was totally enclosed, making it ok for a couple to perhaps get romantic by having the child in another room and enjoy some privacy. the child who had the "private" room felt like they were really important. the desk person gave me some lables she had collected which she found out my school was collecting during conversation, room clean as a whistle, decor is generic, bed comfy, fridge and micro. the hotel previously 2 diamond rated by AAA, still could be in quality if they choose to renew their association, looks a bit dated and dingy on the outside, lots of picnic area in back, hotel could expand there if needed. the exterior looks dont inspire you to drive in, but, i recommend that you do.......

This is the best motel in Burney. Charming and clean, with a personal touch to it. Rooms are spacious and most have kitchenettes. Location is great - across from shopping center, walking distance to restaurants. Owner was very nice and friendly, and made the stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
