I stayed at the redroof inn with my friends and I must we were pleasantly surprised.. the rooms are very nice..We came in and the line was quite long..looking at the front desk person who name is beverly was very professional and pleasant to everyone.. She greeted each and every one of us with a smile and apologized to everyone for the wait which wasn't long. When we got to the desk she welcomed us to the hotel and asked us if we ever stayed at the redroof inn..she gave us all the information we needed and advised us of the 24hr restaurant. It was a great stay and we will be back...thank you again beverly for all your help

This property is very close to SFO and 101 hwy. Rooms are big, ample of parking space, property is not that clean and old but price moderate and very friendly front desk. This was my first visit to San Francisco, front desk guys helped me to chalk out plan what to see and in what sequence. The best part of this hotel is 24X7 in house restaurent Leann's cafe. You get good food in decent cost. Nice stay will return back again.

Ruben Lopez is one of the best. A very conscientious, courteous and helpful Red Roof employee. I'm always warmly welcomed 'home' at the Red Roof Inn--Burlingame.

I want to thank these very special people for helping me and making my stay that much more wonderful at the Red Roof. I came into the city of San Francisco to visit a few old friends of mine which was quite memorable. When I left I happen to realize that I forget my watch in the room since I was in such a rush to leave, I didn't realize it until I was already at the airport but since I was coming back in four days I called and talk to Shabibi who told me that she found it, so she made my day right a way. When I came back these very nice gentle men checked me in Rubben and Edward, they told me that my watch was in the lost in found so that's when Abelino was very kind to go and get it for me. I was so very thankful since the watch was a gift, so once again thank you to Shabibi, Rubben, Edward and the man who brought me my watch Abelino. And thank you to everyone else who helped me Julio, Nancy and the wonderful Miss Beverly.
