I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference,and I was not very pleased to find the front desk young man on a personal call,did not greet me when I walked in, inattentive, did not ask or confirm any of the room details, offer the discount coupons,or engage with me whatsoever, I asked him for a property map and he said "its right around back". The grounds were unkept,cigarette butts in used cups,masking tape covering the fire extinguishers, Quiet room,clean carpets, a/c,fridge,heater, decent tv channel selection and excellent internet. The comforter had a hole in it, kinda gross. To go from the hilton or 5 Star hotels to this, but this a quckie 1 day trip. I found the bathroom door to be a little dirty for my taste, some mildew/mold growth around the bathtub.

However selection of restaurants (Wendys,chinese food) as well as a huge target behind the hotel are huge plus. The room is double the size of a normal room and has a very nice workspace, No A/C OUTLETS near workstation thought which is a huge bummer.

Overall many positives if you can get around the rude staff for a restful stay. That employee did not leave a good taste in my mouth to stay at another red roof inn and I may go back to wyndam or choice hotels

My wife and I stayed here because we were in town for a family get together and woke up to bed bugs crawling on our phones...this place is discusting even the staff is rude and when we spoke to the management he was extremely rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I stayed there last year for one week. Before I made my reservation, I read some of the reviews. But I won't believe especially those terrible reviews and like to have my own experience. And I really and really regret for my foolish.
The lobby, breakfast area, and room are dirty. Trashes are everywhere. They seems never clean the trash cans on the hallways. There is almost nothing for breakfast. And you have to be there EARLY. The coffee is just water with color of coffee.
The air condition was loud and had all kind of strange clicking sound. We could not sleep through the whole night.
After almost one year, I still could not forget the terrible experience of staying there. That is why I decided to give my review even a year later.
If you prefer to trust the good reviews just like me, then you will get what you pay for. But I will never go back again.

I love the vast majority of Red Roof Inns and stay in them during my travels across the U.S. Stayed at Buena Park last weekend (Oct. 8, 2011). Property is safe, well lit, and convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Just booked another night there for this coming weekend. Reasonably priced. You definitely want to take advantage of their sales & discounts when booking online, which took all of 3 minutes. No breakfast.
