This Holiday Inn was very clean and when the ice machine broke they sent up ice to our rooms. The location is great just a hop skip and jump to Knotts Berry Farm and if you get onto the freeway you about 5 to 10 min.from Disineyland. The price wasver good since we had a function over at the Knotts Berry Resort and they were going to charge us about 50.00 more and their rooms were'nt as nice. The only thing I do wish is that they keep their restraunt and bar opened alittle longer. It would have been nice to have a drink after 11:00 with a little snack. But other than that it was great.

Just want to share my experience with this hotel. My family and with my friends family stayed 1 night on 25/12/2011.I have booked and paid for the hotel through agoda.com for 2 rooms but when we arrived on 25/12/2011 at arround 9pm to get our rooms from the reception they told us we have to pay for the rooms again and there is no record of we already paid for the rooms. I explained to them but they insist and they were rude to us. I dont have the record because i paid to agoda a few months back which is $265 and the hotel charge us $282 when i saw my bank statement.I still do not understand why they do not have our record. The hotel do not have any customer service at all.I was shocked when we and our friends were talking in our room suddenly the security guard came knocking saying that we were talking loud which we did not I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this is the first time i had this kind of experience .I stayed at this hotel in 2010 thats why i wanted to come back again last year. Now i think i will never stay at this hotel.I have already checked with agoda and they have already deducted from my card and hotel also have deducted from my card for the rooms .I hope the hotel can do something about this and their customer service.

We stayed one night after spending a busy day at Knotts Berry Farm. The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the tourist spots in this area. The lobby is large and leads to the reception area, the lounge, and a restaurant. We tried the lounge and found it very relaxing, with a good staff, cold drinks and a large tv. We encountered two issues, the lamps were unplugged and the coffee maker was not usable, the wrong parts were supplied. I would expect the staff to check that all is in order in the room before check-in time. However on the positive side, we were provided with a new coffee maker and free room service coffee. All was well with the world after coffee was provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable with pillows tagged soft or hard. The room overlooked a small gazebo and a nice pool area. I would stay here again.

We stayed here two nights as we had two boutiques to attend, one of which was at the hotel. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn for years, as they cost generally a little more than I'd like to spend.
This was what I thought was reasonable at $80 for a hotel near a destination, namely Knott's.
The room was snug, but had a nice work area, chair. The bath area was also snug with a triangle shaped sink.
The walls were extremely thin. The lobby is gorgeous.
My pat on the back goes to the employee who allowed us a late checkout. Our boutique was open an hour after our late checkout, which was worth every penny of the stay.
We were forewarned that breakfast at the restaurant was pre-reserved for large groups Sunday. We walked across the street to Denny's.
