We called ahead of a big project in the Buellton area for several employees to stay 3-4 nights a week for several months. We were told by the manager, Robert, that the room rates would be $59 per night as a corporate, frequent guest rate. When our employees checked in, they have been charged $20 over that price. Many attempts to get the manager to respond have been met with complete silence. We moved down the street to a less expensive hotel. Won't stay here again.

The Quality Inn in Buellton was clean and comforatable and the price was very reasonable. The staff was courteous and helpful. For example, the man who checked us in offered to give me 50 cents to use the dryer when he found out I needed to get some wrinkles out of a shirt and didn't have any change on me. I declined, but it was nice of him to offer. The complimentary breakfast was pretty much par-for-the-course in this area, which is to say that it was good but not great. The motel is near the intersection of Hwy's 101 and 246, but noise was not a problem at all. I would definietely stay here again.

Quiet despite backing on to the freeway culvert. Close to the Firestone Brewery and a good little Italian restaurant.

The hotel is your average hotel next to a busy freeway, BUT the service from the staff was 5 star. We booked this hotel to be close to a soccer tournment in Santa Barbara and we did not want to pay an arm and a leg to do so. I booked this hotel because of the hot breakfast which started at 5am, which was prefect for us to eat and run to a 7am match. Upon check in we were informed that breafast satarted at 7am on the weekends. They said they would tell the staff to put out somethings early. They had everything out at 5am!
