This is one of the worst motel's I have ever stay in. The hallways smelled terrible, the rooms are cheaply decorated, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything, and I mean everything, going on around you. There is a pool, but it's not heated so your kids will turn a nice shade of blue after 10 minutes. My wife and I where supposed to stay for two nights, after the first night, we packed it up and left. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn's without a problem, but this one should be re-modeled or closed.

Don't kidd yourself. This is barely an average hotel. We'd stayed there this past Memorial weekend and decided to drive home a night early due to the hotel. We we're given a room on the second floor; which was clean--no complaints there. However, that was the only redeeming quality. There was no elevator. The ice machine and vending machine are on 1st floor only. What a pain to leave our room and walk down hallway and then flight of stairs and then down 2 more hallways for ice. Also, the guy at the front desk had such a thick accent, you couldn't understand what he was saying. Lastly, the room TV. Horrible!! Some channels had no volume and others were LOUD!! The Hotel is not a total dive but we won't be staying there again.

As the other review stated; there isn't much to choose from in this area. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep, this will be just fine. There are no local attractions, so you are either here for family or business I would assume, and this hotel will do. Found the room to be on the small side, bathroom also. No elevator so if you can't haul luggage up a flight of stairs do the first floor. I must admit I am a sucker for the sweet rolls at breakfast, and I found the beds to be quite comfortable, they beat the bed I had at a 4 star hotel in tahoe!!! If your looking to be pampered this in not the place, but if your looking for a clean place and seemingly quiet this is the place, and the staff is very nice.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Of course there was no other choice in this part of town but if I had to go back I would stay here again. The room was clean and not too small. Complimentary water bottles were restocked everyday along with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Our room had a 25 inch TV with free HBO. For some reason many of the channels were fuzzy. Almost as if they used an antenna instead of cable. Maybe it was just a bad connection.Outside of the room they had an unheated pool that was outside. The pool was clean and was warm enough after a few minutes in the water. There was plenty of parking on site with an offsite road nearby for motorhomes or trailers.The best part of the hotel was its complimentary morning breakfast. Open from 6:30-9:30. They had cinnamon rolls, danishes, cereal, fruit, yogurt and plenty more. We stopped in right as it was open fearing there might not be much food left later. But when I went by again around 9:00 they still had plenty of food out for everyone. They also had a popcorn maching in the main lobby for free popcorn throughout the day.There were grocery stores and fast food places close by but you would need a car to get there. The closest store within walking distance was a 24 hour gas station that was about a block away. It had a small store inside for the basics.Overall I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.
