We stayed in Unit #3 in June for a softball tourn. we were attending. The property is at the bottom and next to Snow Summit Ski area. It would be very close if you are skiing SS. Our unit was larger than we expected. A two bedroom with a loft (which you supposedly aren't supposed to sleep in) The downside 1 1/2 bath. The tub/shower/toilet is off the larger bedroom with an additional toilet upstairs. One room had 1 qn size bed and the other had 1 full and twin size bunk bed. The unit was clean and spacious. The living area had a 42 in plasma tv & dvd player and both bedrooms had smaller tube tvs. Regular expanded cable with lots of channels. Propane BBQ on deck outside. Fireplace in livingroom. The office was close and offered VHS movies which you could check out (I think for free.) The remodeled kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want for cooking and eating. It had a dishwasher. Don't expect to be pampered at this complex. They're were signed which informed you that if you didn't clean up after yourself, do the dishes, take out the trash, etc... they would bill you $250.00. (No you don't have to clean the toilet) Not a prob for us since we were on the cheap. No maid service, but supplied with clean linens. This unit could have served 2 couples with kids and if you were REAL friendly and brought sleeping bags, lots more. The pool was heated. Small but clean. The complex had an area to BBQ but we didn't use it. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the best I'd rate it a 5. A lot of the upkeep in this unit was lacking, It definantly needed a full remodel but... it was clean and worked for us.
