A group of us, 6 to be exact, wanted to find a place close by for ski-in/ski-out. We found this 2 br/ 2 ba and it was great! We had the best time. Loved being able to walk out the door, grab our ski stuff from the outdoor storage closet, then walk 100 yards to the base of the lifts. Got back from skiing, lit a big fire, turned on the stereo and jumped in the hot tub. Evey room had a TV and DVD player, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could need. Lots of games for entertainment. We had a blast and plan to go back again during the Easter break with our kids and ski again. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean comfortable stay.

We booked Summit Townhouses from the net, after searching for somewhere close to Snow Summit for skiing. There were 8 of us (4ad, 4kids) We originally booked another townhouse but were upgraded on arrival. Have to say that this place was great ! It was modern, clean and lovely. Great kitchen, fully stocked with equipment and glasses, 2 bathrooms that were lovely and 3 bedrooms and a loft that were comfortabel and clean. Great fireplace. Only downside was the vertical blinds in the bottom bedroom were a bit ratty and not private and the school group of approx 15 12 year old girls in the unit next door were as horrific as you could imagine.

We paid $355/night and would definitely stay there again - it is so close to the slopes, you're skiing literally 7 minutes after you walk out the front door !

If you want to stay in a dumpster, go for it. Worst stay ever. Advertised on [-] , privately manged.
It was not asking for any deposit and once you are there, fairly easy to understand why. There is nothing to detoriate as the whole place is all dirty and falling apart...

We stayed at one of the condos (85) last weekend and it was not at all pleasant. The unit was very old and run down. It had not been cleaned very well (there was dust everywhere and we saw a couple of spiders in teh kitchen!). The blinds fell down a couple of times (once nearly hit one of our children)! They came and fixed it when we called but you can not call it a luxury premier condo in that condition!! The spa never warmed up, etc....!! The worst part was how the manager did not even try to remedy the situation. She was extremely rude and non-responsive. She didn't return my calls and I had to call her back a few times to finally get to talk to her and then all she had to say was that she wasn't going to do somethng about "a little dust and spiders"!!!
