My reviews for hotels are based on value for money, whether you got value for what you paid. Otherwise, it is impossible and unfair to compare a Motel 6 with a Holiday Inn with an Intercontinental with an Aman Resort. Hence I always indicate what I paid for the room and what I perceived the value to be. It is also possible that 2 people pay different amounts for the same hotel, and therefore their value perseption would be different.

I paid $46 for 1 nite at this hotel. At this rate for this generic brand hotel that is quite predictible, the value received was excellent. This was one of the most spacious rooms with a large bathroom, clean, comfortable bed, relatively fast internet and free parking. The breakfast as always is inedible at Holiday Inns in the USA and therefore avoidable. The only downside was that the hotel is next to a train track, and at about 8.30pm there was a shrill that could be heard for miles. Fortunately there was only one train that passed by the entire night, so the sleep was not disturbed.

The rooms are typical newer holiday inn. Clean and in good shape- room was very good size, larger than most hotels. My kids liked the swimming pool which was convenient and viewable from our room. The breakfast was excellent. A good variety of food from the cinnamon rolls to make them yourself pancakes, to scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. We would certainly stay there again.

I was looking for a stop over between San Jose and Vegas that was safe, clean, quiet, and affordable. This place was exactly what I was looking for. I would stay here again on my next drive to Vegas.

Hotel is right off of the main street but still a bit busy on the street it was on. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was so spacious and clean. Vaulted ceilings made it more inviting. Bathroom was clean and shower had great pressure. Breakfast was included and great as usual as part of the chain. Bed was so comfortable and just no complaints.
