I stayed here two nights in two different weeks. The first night I had a pretty good room. Everything was clean and well equipped although it was a pretty typical budget motel room. There was a bit of noise but around 11:00 p.m. things quieted down. Based on this stay alone I would have strongly recommended it for budget-conscience travelers.
However, my stay a week later was quite different. When I got to the room at night the window was completely open. After a bit of work I was finally able to close it. The phone in the room looked like someone took a sledgehammer to it. What's worse, there was so much static I had trouble understanding what people said. The cabinet below the TV was full of old and smelly clothes. And unlike the room I had the previous week there was no coffee maker and no alarm clock radio.
So, my advice is that I can give a limited recommendation based on the fact it's inexpensive, close to the freeway, and at least one stay was good. However, I'd say you're definitely taking you chances and you may very well get an unacceptable room.
