Got a studio room for 3 people. The room was adequately large & clean but totally undecorated and stark. An adequately equipped kitchen is best for reheating. The bed was comfy. The toilet, sink and shower are all in a single bathroom with poor ventilation. The temperature control was good.

There is no WiFi in the room, only in the common area. There is a wired connection with slower than dial up speeds. WiFi in common areas was also very slow. Effectively, there is no internet access. Pretty lame in today's connected devices such as iPhones and iPads.

Surprisingly, the complementary breakfast was excellent. There were 3 hot dishes plus cook-yourself-waffles. Fresh fruit, cereals, muffins complement the juice, coffee, and milk.

I was amazed at the size of the kitchen and the room overall! I stayed here for 3 days on business and chose this place for an in-room business meeting. I was able to seat 4 other people comfortably for the entire day and provide snacks/drinks since I had a refrigerator, microvave, stove, and dishwasher. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the dressing and sink areas are very nicely lit with a lot of space to move around. I did not have any problems with internet like some of the other reviewers. I was on the second floor and did not hear any street noise and hardly noticed anyone else in the building. Breakfast was OK. I did not eat dinner here but thought it was a nice touch that they offer a second meal every day! I fell in love with my own kitchen!

Have stayed at Residence inn over a period of maybe 20 years. Had as amny as 10 staff here at any one time. Have seen it slowly go downhill, with same staff in place. They are not paying attention. This time, there was no plug in internet in many of the rooms and woireless slow...I asked 3 times and teh alazy girl at the desk said she could give me teh phone number of the ISP !. Outside always dirty. Dont bother to deliver laundry. Breakfast has gone downhill...no more fruit salad etc....no more wall street journal....
My patience has expired

I stay here one week every month and have for years. I had stayed at the Sheraton Four Points on California Ave and was disappointed that their service had gone downhill. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food i.e. breakfast has improved in the last few months. I like the convenience of the location right across the street from a strip mall with a movie theater, several restaurants, etc. The rooms are clean and have been remodeled in the last year or so.
