We were travelling and it was getting late. Being the risk takers that we are, we said let's stay here. Everything was fine except we were given the handicapped room and the shower and toilet were both tough to use. The heat couldn't be regulated so it was a bit loud at times. The Jack in the Box provided dinner, and the continental breakfast was light to say the least. The coffee was good. If given a choice, spend a few more bucks and stay at the best western across the street.

I booked this hotel on line thru Travelhero and the stated time for cancelling was by 6 pm day of arrival.
You have to call the hotel directly if you cancel within 48 hrs on Travelhero and this is what I did 24 hrs in advance of arriving. The hotel clerk flatly refused to take the cancellation by phone and was most unpleasant.
I will not stay here for any reason.

  • Disliked — desk clerk very rude

“stay away, there must be better places than this one”

Stayed here for 3 nights. The first warning sign at check in was that they are asking me how much I was quoted for the room. Also, they don't seem to trust anyone, because we had to pay for the room in advance. The one good thing about the hotel is that the air conditioning worked well. But the ice machine was broken for two days, the water main broke the last night we were there and we had some bed bug problems. Paid 60.00 a night for an evergreen room, but we did not even get that room. Cannot recommend to anyone, even my enemies. Maybe try the Best Western across the street.
