We were staying locally and decided to go to The Craggan for lunch. We waited for 45 minutes for a sandwich & panini to be served by an utterly disinterested young girl. The lady owner eventually did a round of the few patrons dining, clearly expecting to be told that we were delighted with our dining experience. She was downright rude when I brought the poor service we had received to her attention. The quality of the food was not in questiion, but the attitude of the staff, from the owner down, left a lot to be desired. A bad day / unfortunate experience perhaps, but I would not be in a hurry to go back.
