The rooms are in the form of individual chalets, each with either double or twin beds, seating, desk, and bathroom, and an outside patio area.
The chalets are set within what seems ot be an old olive grove / carob tree orchard. Although there are around fifty chalets on site, there is a good level of privacy.
The communal areas include a large dining room (breakfast is included, an evening meal is optional), a 'bier keller' styled bar, and a comfortable and airy lounge. Externally there are the gardens, a pool and sunny seating / sunbathing area. Staff are friendly and approachable.
During our stay there was an art class running - with participants and teacher from Germany / Austria. This appears to be an annual event and it was interesting to be able to view the watercolours displayed at the end of each day.
Ths Hotel lies within easy walking distance of the beach, port and local shops. The bus stop is also just a short walk away, so it is easy to get to local attractions such as pretty mountain villages now inhabited by the rich and famous by public transport. The route across the mountains to these villages is 'interesting' - but very scenic!!
