As previous reviewers have said, great location, friendly staff, lovely food, comfortable room, good value. I think we had the worst room but it was still great. Many times we have sat in a town square and looked up at the shuttered windows and said ' wouldn't it be nice to stay there'. This time we did. Loved it.

Arrived late afternoon on Saturday 11th June, once checked in (2 minutes) we were taken to our more than adequate room (4). French doors led to a large balcony which overlooked the square. TV had all usual UK channels, air con worked, towels and bed linen completely changed on a daily basis - it needs to be said, the only cleaner we came across was very good, pleasant too!

Breakfast was made to order, great coffee and juices!

We ate a several different of the pricier restuarants in the old town of Pollensa, however, by far the best meal we had was at the Cal Lloro restaurant.

Josep and his team were very very helpful, friendly and accommodating, would shoot back there right now given the chance.

We thought the cost of the hotel and meals was excellent value for money.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The location was perfect. We had a nice room with a balcony facing the main square of Pollensa. We even prolonged our stay there, because we liked it so much!

The Hotel was immaculate, large and very comfortable rooms and en-suite, staff very friendly and willing. The Hotel is ideally situated in the square which is full of surrounding lively restaurants and bars with the usual outdoor facilities. It was a most enjoyable stay and we regretted that we only booked one night.
