A very charming, stylish hotel perfect for a quiet holiday to explore the beautiful town of Pollenca and its surroundings. The hotel is conveniently situated behind the main square of the town, away from the noise but close to the action. The staff were very kind and helpful with plenty of recommendations for local restaurants, beaches and places to explore - Formentor beach is a beautiful white sandy beach set in a pine forest, a 10 minute drive away. The rooms were simple, clean and air-conditioned with comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

I returned to Pollenca 50 years after my initial stay (with my parents as a teenager). Although Desbrull has been in the town only a few years, I felt like I was home. Our host, Juan, was warm, welcoming, and very personable. Breakfast was delicious and our room was very comfortable and quiet. I was so glad to find this gem and would highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Pollenca. The decor is beautiful, too. It was perfect!!!!! Price was very good as well.

This is one of the worst accommodations we've ever had. They didn't tell us their so-called hotel closes at 8 p.m. It is extremely difficult to find the "hotel" when you enter the town on the road from Soller. When we finally found it, there was no one there to let us in!!! We had to search for a restaurant that would let us use their phone since our cell phones don't work in Europe. Then we had to wait for 10 minutes for a staff member to come let us in. When we complained about the inconvenience and delay, he yelled at us for not knowing they close early (even though it wasn't written in our confirmation). They claim to have free private parking, but when we asked where it was, we were told to park on the street. The room was small, the bed was uncomfortable, and breakfast was below average. Instead of apologizing, the staff take the "blame the guest" approach to customer service. When I complained that a staff member was rude to me, I was yelled at again. This place isn't worth the money or the hassle.

More of a posh B&B this one, around the corner from the town square, with Juan being very helpful on front desk. Lots of artwork and sculptures throughout the hotel. Very impressive.
