La Serrania is run by Tim Pennell and his partner, who designed and built the property some years ago in a beautiful, serene valley about 4 miles from Pollensa. He makes the visit an experience. We have been to two retreat weeks with him - doing Tai Chi and Mountain walking. He also has weeks where he rents rooms.
On the retreat weeks its an all in package - all food, wine provided. Everyone eats together either under the olives or indoors. The rooms are simple, well fitted and comfortable. The main building is beautifully designed to be restful and useful with study areas, lounge, studio suitable for dance, Tai Chi, group art work etc. With good company, mixing the virtuous (walking, art, tai chi etc) with the less so (pool, eating, wine etc).
We have come back from both our stays feeling rested, completely relaxed healthy and full of energy. Met some great people to! Highly recommended.
