I have stayed in Pollenca on numerous occasions over the past six months and hotel juma was my favourite. The pre-booking information was excellent, and I was advised that I might want to avoid my chosen room (facing the square) as the set-up for the sunday market starts early and can be quite noisy. Luckily I wasn't detered. The room itself was lovely and clean, with a little balcony overlooking the square - it has to be one of the most romantic views in Pollenca. The food in the restaurant GR221 downstairs is very good but the best thing is the staff. Friendly, polite and very welcoming, they made our stay very special. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else again.

Stayed here one night and would have stayed longer if they'd had a sun terrace. Hotel is clean, welcoming and in a great location. Called in on the off-chance of a room (we'd walked out of the one we'd pre-booked - Son Sant Jordi) and immediately felt we'd found a little gem. Very friendly staff and great food in the restaurant. Opening the shutters on Sunday morning to see the square bustling with people visiting the market stalls was idyllic. Love this place just a pity it hasn't got anywhere to sunbathe during the day.

It was a remarkably hot day as we dragged our suitcases towards the square; so as a waiter holding aloft his tray on which stood a large glass of obviously ice cold beer, marched towards us I made to remove it from him. Instead of ignoring my silly gesture he theatrically gave it to me alongside a warm welcome to the hotel. It's a great place to stay in pollenca. This was our second visit.

Stayed in the Hotel Juma during early August 2011. This is a jewel of a hotel. Great rooms and especially great staff. Location right on the Square was fantastic. We are already booked for 2012!
