Superb building on the top of a hill overlooking the town. A lovely courtyard in the middle with a chapel and a garden. The views from the Parador are extensive, over the town and the local country side. Its easy to walk down the hill into the town but was a bit of a strain coming back up in the heat!
Our room was very good but the sound insulation was sadly lacking and on our second night some thoughtful person left their TV on all night and we could hear every word.
Food - very good, but a more limited choice than some Paradors. However my partner assures me that the cheesecake with honey and nuts was the best pudding he has had in Spain.
