We booked into the Parador hoping to enjoy a little luxury for a night with our 3 month old baby. Our room was in the new block attached to the castle ruins. It was clean but fairly uncharismatic.
We opened a beer from the mini bar only to find that it had been refilled with water and the cap resealed - eugh. The room turned out to be very noisy; loud air conditioning, drains and people moving about above us. We'd have been better looking elsewhere for somewhere to relax.
Overall the Parador disappointed us, staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, our room was not what we'd expected and the price was too much.
