I had a company visit to bhopal city. & before c/in the hotel i check all the good hotel in m.p, nagar and found this the best hotel in this area. bcoz of the Hotel location its just front of the only mall in bhopal city the front facing rooms view is very good Rooms size is bigger thn another hotel. Great pple great food specially buffet lunch/Dinner at very reasonable cost. over all i was very much satisfied with my stay....................

From the day one I was told that they did not get the payment which I had made through internet a week earlier to their approved travelling agent. I had to contact their Bombay centre throughout the day and night also. Ultimately I had to pay cash when I checked out. The Hotel management were not co-operating with the guests they even did not bother to ask the travelling agent who had booked their hotel and had taken the money from me a week in advance. It was me all the time who called the Bombay office from my cell. So when you visit this Hotel be careful not to book it through travelling agents ..........if you book then be prepared to pay cash when you checkout. Not only this they changed my room three times in two days stay. Although the food was good not the courtesy of the hotel reception. They were behaving as if I had come to stay free there.

In Bhopal if you are looking for a decent business hotel in Bhopal then the Surendra Vilas is the right hotel. The food served in hotel has a great taste. The hotel rooms are arranged in puzzled way and you have to always hunt your way to your room.

It is far away from airport. Poor upkeep of rooms. No proper room service. Ambiance also not good. Poor breakfast. You will not feel comfartable in stay. Not value for money. Very high room rent not justified.

But in case of emergency you can take accommodation.
