Our group of seasoned travelers recognizes quality quickly. The Double Tree club in Springdale has a friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and upscale accommodations at an excellent value.
We will choose this hotel every time we come to NWA.

Check in was very smooth and fast. They offered us warm cookies and we found our room. The construction downstairs was no problem at all. The hotel felt very clean. We had an in-room hot tub and it was very clean. Plenty of hot water, shampoos, towels, etc. The water pipes running between the rooms were very noisy, and you can hear people talking and walking above you. The bathroom was spotless. When we arrived, the temperature knob on the fridge was gone, but it was on and cold. The highway is very close, and trucks and cars were loud all night, but it wasn't an issue and didn't disturb sleep.
The only problem was that they charged the credit card $16 more than the receipt showed. We aren't sure if this was due to the refrigerator knob or if there is something else we were unaware of, but I feel like just a phone call was warranted to notify me of extra costs.
Overall, a good, clean stay. Great for the winter rate cost.

A wonderful hotel and an oasis!! I enjoyed my business stay at this hotel. The room was soothing, comfortable, and larger than I had expected. The rooms were quiet and I heard little outside or inside noise. Breakfast was terrific and the staff are friendly and helpful. The internet was too slow for me, but it may be my room location since my co-worker had better results. (My room was at the back of the hotel and my co-workers was closer to the center.) The hotel location is central with the hotel staff making excellent restaurant choices. Overall, a wonderful stay and I will definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree Club while visiting my family in Fayetteville. It was close to the highway, so an easy drive to their house and back. My nephew also loved the indoor pool, which was nice and refreshing when it was very hot outside. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My husband enjoyed a late night snack the Sonic next door, and there was a McDonald's right across the road. The warm cookies were delicious.
The air conditioning worked great and kept us cool. We had a pleasant stay.
