I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three nights this past week. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I know that there were a lot of other guests at the hotel because there were a lot of cars in the parking lot but I only saw a couple of them as I was coming and going from my room. I never heard any noise outside of my room during the entire stay.

Perhaps you wouldn't accept such hospitality at a chain hotel that caters to business travelers but we found it here. From the moment we checked in, the friendliness of the staff was outstanding. We were told that breakfast ended at 10 by the front desk when in actuality it ended at 9. No problem, said the staff! They proceeded to lay out a full breakfast for my daughter and I at 9:45. Certainly over the top service!

The room was not worth the $139.00 +17.76 tax. first night remote didn't work had to go get another then coffee maker no pot had to find another and then sheets didn't fit the mattress sliped off when we retired for the night. room service didn't clean the room next day left coffee cup with coffee on desk there were chip crumbs on floor.poor house keeping and in vending area boxes stacked with trash in them all weekend

I recently spent 2 nights at this hotel. I had booked for 3 nights but checked out early.
First don't be fooled by the name. The suites are just rooms divided by a half wall which actually makes it more difficult to get around than if just a room. The housekeeper banged on the door at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday morning and woke up my grandchildren. The worst part was the attendant at the breakfast bar. She was very, very rude to not just me but everyone there. She was overwhelmed and would tell you so. Did not try to accomodate the customers at all. Front desk actually said I wasn't the only one to complain. There are a lot of good options close by so check them out, especially if you truly want a suite which is what I thought I was getting. The rudeness of the personnel is not acceptable to me.
