We booked into this hotel which was extremely busy due to a college football match. We overlooked an area which had a fire and putting hole etc. We rang down reception at 3.40am as guests were still outside drinking and talking. This is next to the reception desk and should have been dealt with by the staff a lot earlier. We changed rooms next day and found things a lot quieter. Staff were helpful but we had a query on our bill which could not be sorted out. We are still trying to rectify this.

Just competed my stay at the Residence Inn Springdale during a business trip. I am a nice regular Marriott customer and a Platinum member. Usually I stay at a full service Marriott but there are none in Springdale. As Residence Inn's go, this one was very clean, well maintained, and friendly staff. With the exception of the less than comfortable beds, it was fine for a business trip. Most Marriott properties have the new, comfortable bedding, but this property still has the hard hotel mattresses. That was the major drawback for me due to back problems. The breakfast is the usual lower end Marriott breakfast with powdered eggs and over cooked bacon. If you are a regular Residence Inn customer, it is adequate, but if you are a full service Marriott customer, you might be disappointed. The location is good if you have business in the surrounding area.

I always know I can count on a Residence Inn for a comfortable stay. I travel almost every week for business and I enjoyed this Residence Inn very much. The room was clean and very updated. We stayed with other another couple in a 2 bedroom hotel room. Each room had a flat screen tv including the living room. The kitchen was completely equipped for the 4 of us and the dishwasher worked great. The bathroom was clean and I loved that there was granite counter tops in both the kitchen and bathroom. The outside area had a fire pit which was nice to go to after work. Breakfast at the hotel was great offering food from waffles to oatmeal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone from families to business. Your stay will for sure be comfortable.

I have stayed in many hotels but when I walked into the Residence Inn it blew me away. They have recently gone through renovation. The rooms were clean and fresh. All hotel staff treated us like family. I will always stay at the Residence Inn when I am in Springdale AR.
